Boards
Use saved kanban, table, and list views over the objects Timeline extracts.
What boards show
Boards are views over workspace objects. They do not create a second task system; they organize the same people, companies, deals, projects, and tasks that appear in search and chat.
- Kanban boards group objects by status, stage, priority, or another saved field.
- Table views help scan ownership, due dates, and recent activity.
- Task presets focus the board on open work without losing object history.
Keeping boards useful
Boards work best when object fields are kept current. Timeline can suggest changes from raw events, but a user still chooses what becomes canonical.
- Drag tasks between columns when status changes.
- Open object details for notes, relationships, and activity.
- Use saved filters for repeated team workflows.
